Three nights in summer with kids 6 and 9. The view at sunrise is genuinely worth a holiday photo. The spa is strict 16+, so we used the hotel's separate kids' pool at the bottom of the building (no view but the kids did not care). The drive into town for dinner gets old by night three — book the in-house restaurant for at least one evening. Walking trails start at the hotel gate.
