We stayed at Vila Galé Atlântico in late June with a 5-year-old and an 8-year-old. The kids spent four hours a day at the kids club (ages 4-12, free, runs 10am-5pm with a lunch break), which bought us two actual adult meals per day. The buffet repeats itself by day four but the grill station and fresh fish saved dinner. The walk to Galé beach is 600 metres downhill — easy going, painful coming back in 32C heat.
