On our second trip to Sunny Beach, I worked out the rhythm: beach 9 to 12, lunch buffet, kids club at 14:30, sauna at 15:00, jacuzzi at 15:45, back at the pool by 17:00 looking like a different person. The wellness area at our 4-star was small and basic but it was there, it was free, and nobody was in it during kid hours. That ninety minutes is what made the holiday feel like an actual break for me, not just a beach with the same children.
