💡Tips for Booking a Halkidiki Hotel with a Game Room
- 1Book a hotel on Kassandra (western finger) if you want game rooms plus easy day trips to Thessaloniki, around 90 minutes by car. Sithonia is wilder and quieter but the drive into town is closer to two hours each way.
- 2Ask the hotel directly whether the game room is open during siesta hours. Many Halkidiki resorts close the pool bar 2pm to 5pm and the game room closes with it, leaving nowhere to hide from the heat between meals.
- 3Bring your own ping pong balls and bats if you can. Resort balls disappear within the first week of high season and replacements are not always offered until the following morning, especially in August.
