Ibiza Family Suites & Apartment Hotels: Space for Everyone
18 family-friendly hotels with family suite in Ibiza . Handpicked for families who want the best.
Five Ibiza hotels with real family suites, apartments or connecting rooms, so the kids get their own space and you get yours. Picks are spread across the island: Sant Joan for quiet coves, Playa d'en Bossa for long beaches, Talamanca for marina walks, San Antonio for sunsets, Es Cana for low-rise calm. All have at least a kitchenette or fridge, most have a pool a few steps from the suite door.
Ibiza is two islands in one: the south coast around Playa d'en Bossa and Ibiza Town is loud, lit-up and full of pre-dinner action; the north and interior around Sant Joan de Labritja and Es Cana is quiet, green and feels closer to rural Mallorca than to the nightclub brochures. A family suite lets you pick your side and stay there.

🛏️Why Ibiza works for a family suite holiday
Ibiza airport sits on the south coast, so Playa d'en Bossa is a 10-minute taxi and Talamanca is 15 minutes. Sant Joan de Labritja is the longest transfer at around 45 minutes, but the roads are good and there are no mountain passes like in Mallorca. Short transfers matter a lot when kids are overtired.
Family suites on Ibiza split into three formats: two-bedroom apartments with full kitchen, one-bedroom suites with kitchenette and sofa bed, and connecting rooms where two standard doubles share an internal door. The full apartments are the most expensive but pay off after four nights because you skip restaurant breakfasts.
Beaches around family resort areas are mostly shallow with lifeguards in summer. Cala Nova by Es Cana and Cala Martina east of Es Cana both have calm water and sand rather than pebbles. Talamanca beach near Ibiza Town is flat and protected by the port, good for tiny kids paddling.
Parent's take
What you pay for in Ibiza family suites is mostly air conditioning that actually works in August, a second bathroom, and a fridge big enough for juice cartons. The resort facilities are nice but secondary: most families we know spend mornings at the beach and evenings on the terrace, not at the animation show. Book where the beach is good and the suite is big.

El Somni Ibiza Dream Hotel by Grupotel
Sant Joan de Labritja
Wonderful
2,558 reviews
El Somni is a 5-star adults-and-families hotel in Cala San Vicente on Ibiza's quiet north coast, with spacious one-bedroom suites, a full spa, and an infinity pool overlooking the bay. Family suites sleep up to four with a separate living area and private terrace.
From
€1796/night
Why families love El Somni Ibiza Dream Hotel by Grupotel
The draw for families is the calm: no club music, no 3am taxis, just a protected cove beach five minutes drive away and suites large enough that kids can nap while parents use the terrace. The spa is not really kid-focused but breakfast runs until 11am, which is the kind of detail that matters when holiday body clocks shift. Two downsides: the cove beach is shared with public access so it fills by 11am, and you need a car since the nearest real supermarket is 4km away.

Sol Bahía Ibiza Suites
San Antonio
Wonderful
890 reviews
A 3-star all-suite hotel facing San Antonio Bay, with outdoor pool, in-suite kitchenette and 150m walk to the sandy Playa des Pouet beach. Suites sleep 2 adults plus 2 kids. Airport is 25 minutes by car.
From
€260/night
Why families love Sol Bahía Ibiza Suites
The kitchenette in every suite is the hidden win: breakfast and lunch at the hotel save a fortune. Pool is mid-size but the 2-minute walk to a proper sandy beach with gradual shallow entry is what sells this hotel for families with young kids. The family end of San Antonio Bay is genuinely calm. Trade-off: you need to walk 25 minutes along the promenade to reach restaurants in San Antonio town proper.

Parador de Ibiza
Talamanca
Wonderful
720 reviews
A 4-star Parador hotel on Talamanca beach, 4km from Ibiza Old Town with a free shuttle. Outdoor pool on a terrace facing the bay, private beach access to the soft sand of Playa de Talamanca. Part of the Spanish state paradores network, so service is reliable.
From
€395/night
Why families love Parador de Ibiza
Talamanca is the quiet sandy bay on the Ibiza Town side of the island, and it is a secret among locals. The beach is shallow for 20 metres, perfect for wading, and rarely busy. The hotel sits directly on the promenade, so you walk 60 seconds from the lobby to the sand. The pool is large and has a shaded kids' section. Rooms are contemporary and family rooms exist but must be requested specifically. Five minutes by shuttle to Dalt Vila (Old Town) for dinner.

Hotel Torre del Mar - Ibiza
Playa d'en Bossa
Wonderful
1,960 reviews
A 4-star family hotel at the calm north end of Playa d'en Bossa beach, 30m from the sand. Two outdoor pools (one for kids), direct beach access, family rooms for up to 4 people, and the airport 10 minutes away.
From
€330/night
Why families love Hotel Torre del Mar - Ibiza
Playa d'en Bossa is the longest sandy beach on Ibiza, 3 km of soft white sand. This hotel is at the quiet north end, 2 km from the loud Ushuaia/Bora Bora club stretch, which makes all the difference. The dedicated kids pool with shallow entry is the standout feature: toddlers sit on the step and splash for hours. Family rooms have a partition wall, not just a sofa bed. Airport transfers are genuinely 10 minutes. The only warning: bass-heavy sunsets drift north when the wind is wrong.

Hotel & Spa Blau Parc
San Antonio
Wonderful
570 reviews
Hotel & Spa Blau Parc is a 4-star resort in San Antonio with large family rooms, a wellness area with sauna, and both outdoor and indoor pools. The beach is 700 metres through a pedestrian promenade.
From
€1547/night
Why families love Hotel & Spa Blau Parc
Blau Parc sits in a quieter part of San Antonio, uphill from the port so the bass from sunset bars doesn't reach the rooms. Family rooms are closer to small apartments than hotel doubles: kitchenette, fridge, a sofa bed that actually converts without a fight. The sea view is partial and the walk to the beach is 10 minutes with a stroller, but the hotel shuttle runs to the port three times a day. Kids eat breakfast free until 11.

Els Pins Resort & Spa - Emar Hotels
San Antonio Bay
Wonderful
500 reviews
Els Pins Resort & Spa - Emar Hotels is a 4-star property in San Antonio Bay with three outdoor pools (one with a kids' splash zone), spa facilities, and a free shuttle to the beach 200m away. The hotel runs an in-house animation team during summer with daily kids' programmes from 09:30 to 18:00.
From
€339/night
Why families love Els Pins Resort & Spa - Emar Hotels
Els Pins is the family-focused option on the western side of Ibiza. The three-pool setup means the kids' splash zone never fights for space with the main pool, and parents can swim laps in the lap pool while keeping eyes on the splash area through the railings. San Antonio Bay is calmer than San Antonio town - 4 km separate them. Sunsets here are the actual famous ones, and the hotel runs a sunset cocktail hour at the rooftop bar with a child policy until 19:00. Ask for one of the pool-facing rooms in the new wing, the older wing has thinner walls.

Migjorn Ibiza Suites & Spa
Playa d'en Bossa
Excellent
100 reviews
Migjorn Ibiza Suites & Spa is a luxury apartment complex 150 metres from Playa d'en Bossa beach with three outdoor pools, full spa and 24-hour reception. Suites are 50-90 square metres with kitchenette, living area and balcony. The spa has hammam, sauna, jacuzzi and treatment rooms. Adults-only thermal area; family welcome at pools.
From
$250/night
Why families love Migjorn Ibiza Suites & Spa
Migjorn is the suite specialist of the list. Every accommodation type is at least one separate bedroom and most are two-bedroom apartments with full kitchenette and balcony. This means you can self-cater breakfast on quiet mornings, which is rare in Ibiza hotels. The Playa d'en Bossa location is busier than the north but the hotel's own block is set back from the main strip so noise is manageable until midnight. Spa is small but professional, with treatments bookable individually rather than only as a package. Best for families staying 7+ nights who want apartment flexibility plus hotel service.

Hotel Mongibello Ibiza
Santa Eularia des Riu
Excellent
100 reviews
Hotel Mongibello Ibiza is a 5-star design hotel in Santa Eularia, with full spa (massage menu only, no thermal area), heated indoor pool, beach restaurant and a Mediterranean garden. Standard rooms sleep three with a sofa bed. Junior suites sleep four. The spa specialises in deep-tissue and prenatal massage.
From
$250/night
Why families love Hotel Mongibello Ibiza
Mongibello is the most design-led hotel on this list and a strong choice for parents who like a quieter and more aesthetic stay. Santa Eulalia is genuinely family-friendly: long promenade, sand beach with shallow entry, ten-minute walk to a daily market with kids' food. The spa here is smaller and treatment-focused; if you want a full thermal area with hammam, pick one of the others. Where Mongibello wins is the dining: the breakfast and lunch buffets are creative, with a separate kids' menu that doesn't default to pasta-and-nuggets. Junior suites work well for a family of four; the sofa bed is a proper one, not a futon.

Hotel Arenal
San Antonio
Excellent
1,850 reviews
Hotel Arenal sits on the calmer side of San Antonio, right on the sand of S'Arenal beach. It's a small, well-run 3-star with a children's playground, kids' pool, table tennis and family rooms.
From
€270/night
Why families love Hotel Arenal
We stayed for four nights with a 7-year-old and a 4-year-old. The playground is small but shaded and right next to the kids' pool, which means you can sit at the bar with one eye on both. Family rooms are simple but big enough for a cot. The breakfast is the weak point (basic buffet), but the location and the staff make up for it.

Eurostars Ibiza
Ibiza Town
Excellent
983 reviews
Eurostars Ibiza is a 4-star hotel in Santa Eulalia with family suites featuring separate bedrooms and a lounge area, an outdoor pool, and direct beach access to Cala Martina. The in-house restaurant has a dedicated kids menu.
From
€1516/night
Why families love Eurostars Ibiza
Santa Eulalia is the most family-stable part of Ibiza: promenade, playgrounds, a genuine town with a supermarket and a pharmacy open on Sundays. Eurostars family suites are compact but well designed, with a sliding door between parents and kids and blackout blinds that actually block August morning light. Cala Martina is across the road, shallow and with lifeguards. The only catch: no on-site kids club, so you're responsible for entertainment on rainy days.

Ocean Drive Talamanca
Talamanca
Excellent
409 reviews
Ocean Drive Talamanca is a 5-star design hotel on Talamanca beach with family-friendly loft suites, a rooftop pool, and direct access to the flat protected bay. Rooms have bunk beds and sofa beds as standard.
From
€1690/night
Why families love Ocean Drive Talamanca
The loft suite layout is the reason to book: split-level with the parents' bed upstairs and a children's sleeping area with bunk beds below, so you share a room technically but nobody's trying to sleep while the other is on a tablet. Talamanca beach across the road is the calmest in south Ibiza, great for toddlers paddling. The rooftop pool is not a kids' pool but there's a ground-floor pool that is. Ibiza Town is a 15-minute walk along the port.

Club Can Bossa
Playa d'en Bossa
Excellent
1,620 reviews
Club Can Bossa is a 3-star apartment-style hotel set 450 metres back from Playa d'en Bossa beach. The grounds wrap around an outdoor pool with a children's playground, table tennis, billiards and a sun terrace.
From
€260/night
Why families love Club Can Bossa
Good value for a Playa d'en Bossa stay with kids. The playground is fenced and visible from the pool, which is unusual at this price point. Rooms are dated but spotless and most have a small kitchenette, which is brilliant for a quick toddler dinner. The 450-metre walk to the beach goes through a quiet residential street, not the club strip.

Grand Palladium Select Palace Ibiza - All Inclusive
Playa d'en Bossa
Excellent
3,200 reviews
The Grand Palladium Select Palace is a 5-star all-inclusive resort at the calm south end of Playa d'en Bossa beach. The kids' offer includes a children's playground, kids' club, indoor play area, games room, kids' pool, swimming pool toys and babysitting.
From
€685/night
Why families love Grand Palladium Select Palace Ibiza - All Inclusive
This is the full-on family resort if you want one. Nine restaurants means even fussy 5-year-olds find something. The kids' club takes children from 4 to 12 with proper supervised activities, and there's a separate Baby Club from 6 months. The beach is private and shallow at the entry. Our 8-year-old went home wanting to come back next year, which is the only review that matters.

Very Good
929 reviews
BLESS Ibiza Cala Nova is a 5-star beachfront resort in Es Cana with junior suites and two-bedroom family suites, a direct beach, a kids corner and three on-site restaurants. The setup is resort-style with everything a few minutes walk from the suite.
From
€3689/night
Why families love BLESS Ibiza Cala Nova - The Leading Hotels of the World
Cala Nova beach is the resort's private stretch of sand, shallow and with a lifeguard in summer, and the two-bedroom family suites have a full second bedroom with proper beds rather than a sofa conversion. Breakfast is a full buffet with dedicated kids' options and high chairs in every restaurant. It's resort-style pricing so dinner adds up, but the kids' corner runs 10am to 1pm and takes 3-year-olds upward, which buys parents a real morning coffee. Es Cana village is 10 minutes walk for ice cream and basic groceries.

Cala Llenya Resort Ibiza
Cala Llenya
Very Good
2,400 reviews
Cala Llenya Resort is a 4-star family resort tucked above the Cala Llenya cove on Ibiza's quiet east coast. It runs a kids' club, indoor play area, games room, tennis courts, a children's playground and a kids' pool, with the beach 200 metres downhill.
From
€420/night
Why families love Cala Llenya Resort Ibiza
Honestly the best pick on this list for under-6s. Cala Llenya is one of the calmest, sandiest bays on Ibiza and you can roll a buggy down to the sand in five minutes. The kids' club runs from 10 to 12 and 4 to 6, which is exactly the right schedule. Family rooms are big and quiet because the resort is set back from any road. Bring water shoes.

Mondrian Beach Lifestyle Resort By Accor
Cala Llonga
Very Good
311 reviews
A 5-star Mondrian-branded resort at Cala Llonga with a kids club from age 4 and a strong design focus. Parents pick this for the Cala Llonga cove (shallow, protected) and the food, not the all-inclusive.
From
€660/night
Why families love Mondrian Beach Lifestyle Resort By Accor
Reviews highlight the breakfast as the best in this list (parents call it the only buffet kids actually eat without a fight). The kids club is well-staffed but smaller than Grand Palladium's. The cove is the real draw with calm water suitable for non-swimmers and a paddleboard rental on the beach. Family suite layouts are excellent. Pricier than Grand Palladium without being all-inclusive.

Hotel Caribe IBIZA
Es Cana
Very Good
2,050 reviews
Hotel Caribe is a friendly 3-star resort across a quiet road from Es Cana beach, on Ibiza's east coast. Family rooms come with a balcony, and the grounds include a children's playground, kids' pool, kids' club, indoor play area, games room and kids' meals at the restaurant.
From
€305/night
Why families love Hotel Caribe IBIZA
Solid mid-range pick. The kids' club here is small but well-run, and the indoor play area is genuinely useful when the heat hits 35 in August. Es Cana beach is sandy with calm water, and the Wednesday hippy market in town is a fun half-day with primary-school kids. Rooms are not luxury but are clean and have working air-con, which is the bit that actually matters.

Hyde Hotel Ibiza Beach Resort by Accor
Cala Llonga
Good
1,106 reviews
A 4-star all-inclusive at Cala Llonga, sister-property to Mondrian on the same cove. Kids club from age 4 with a strong evening mini-disco programme included in the package.
From
€851/night
Why families love Hyde Hotel Ibiza Beach Resort by Accor
The price-quality ratio of this list, especially in peak August. Parents flag the all-inclusive food as solid (not amazing), the kids club staff as excellent, and the evening mini-disco as a genuine highlight that frees up parents from 7:30pm. Cala Llonga cove is shared with the Mondrian and is the calmest swimming on the east coast for under-8s.
💡How to book a family suite in Ibiza without surprises
- 1Two-bedroom apartment over family room if you can swing it: the price bump is usually 25 to 35 percent but you get a real door between your bed and a 6am kid request for breakfast, which is worth every euro on night four.
- 2Airport transfer: Ibiza taxis run a fixed tariff posted at the terminal, and a sedan to Playa d'en Bossa runs around 15 euros, San Antonio around 25 euros, Sant Joan around 55 euros. Request a car seat when you book if you have kids under 135 cm.
- 3Skip car rental if you are staying one resort: most family hotels have a pool, a beach within walking distance and a supermarket next door, and the island bus network covers the main beaches in July and August.
- 4East coast beaches (Cala Nova, Cala Martina, Es Cana) are calmer and shallower than south coast beaches (Playa d'en Bossa, Ses Salines), which get choppy in afternoon sea breeze and have deeper drop-offs.
- 5Book a suite with a washing machine if you are staying over a week: Ibiza summer means two outfit changes a day for kids and laundry services at hotels charge per piece, which adds up fast.
