Family All-Inclusive Hotels in Side, Turkey
17 family-friendly hotels with all inclusive in Side . Handpicked for families who want the best.
Side sits on the Turkish Riviera between Antalya and Alanya, with 16 kilometres of long sandy beach lined by ultra all-inclusive resorts that European families have been booking for two decades. The package here is more generous than almost anywhere else in the Med: 5 to 7 meals a day, branded drinks, water park access, kids clubs from age 4, and evening entertainment that runs late. We picked five resorts where the all-inclusive label genuinely delivers, with notes on what the buffet really looks like by day five.
Side splits cleanly in two: the resort strip running east and west of the centre, and the actual ancient town built on a peninsula with a Roman amphitheatre and the Temple of Apollo at its tip. Most all-inclusive families never leave their resort except for one half-day Apollo temple visit and maybe a boat trip. The hotels know this and stack their entertainment, water sports and kids' programmes accordingly. Manavgat River boat tours are the standard family day-trip, with crocodile farm and waterfall stops.

🍽️Why Side is the all-inclusive capital for European families
What separates Side from other Turkish all-inclusive zones like Antalya centre or Alanya is the consistency. The 5-star resorts here aren't trying to compete on glamour, they compete on family experience: water park sizes, number of pools, kids club hours, evening shows that work for ages 4 to 14. Almost every resort has its own beach platform, and many have on-site water parks rather than relying on transfers.
The trade-off is that Side's resort strip can feel anonymous: you'll often hear more German, Dutch and Polish than Turkish, and the cultural experience is mostly served as a one-evening Turkish night with belly dancing and folk costumes. If you want a slice of authentic Turkey alongside your family beach week, plan one full day in Side town centre and one in Manavgat market. The resorts below all run shuttles and the staff will help you organise.
Parent's take
Don't book ultra all-inclusive at a resort that's only 4-star. The rating gap matters here: 5-star ultras include better buffet rotation, branded drinks at the snack bar, and proper kids' menu options. The 4-star ultras can mean you're paying for chicken nuggets every night.

Akra Sorgun Tui Blue Sensatori - Ultra All Inclusive
Sorgun, east Side
Wonderful
156 reviews
A premium 5-star ultra all-inclusive in Sorgun, the quieter forested east end of the Side cluster. Branded by TUI's high-end Sensatori line, with split kids and adult zones, multiple pool areas and a private pine-fringed beach.
From
€463/night
Why families love Akra Sorgun Tui Blue Sensatori - Ultra All Inclusive
Sensatori-branded resorts run a tighter operation than the average ultra all-inclusive: better food rotation, English-speaking team across the kids programme, and a real attempt at an evening adult quiet zone after 9pm. Families consistently praise the staff:guest ratio and how the kids club splits ages 4-7 and 8-12 properly. Sea-view rooms face the pine forest and beach; book those if you want quiet.

Wonderful
604 reviews
Acanthus Cennet Barut Collection is a 5-star ultra all-inclusive resort sitting directly on Cennet beach with two large outdoor pool complexes, a kids' aqua park, and an indoor games room with billiards, table tennis and a small arcade. Tennis courts and a children's playground are also on-site.
From
€1151/night
Why families love Acanthus Cennet Barut Collection - Ultra All Inclusive
Reviewers consistently mention the entertainment programme as the highlight. The games room runs supervised tournaments at 5pm and 8pm in summer with prizes from the hotel shop. The kids club takes children from 4 to 12 with structured activities, so the games room becomes more of a family-time afternoon spot. The beach is rocky in places so bring water shoes.

Dream Family Club
Side resort strip, 24. Sokak
Wonderful
900 reviews
Dream Family Club is the highest-rated family-only 5-star in our shortlist (9.4), with a 1800 m² spa block including a proper Turkish hammam with 12-person navel stone, indoor pool at 33 C, and the longest family-open hours in Side (11:00 to 17:00 daily). The ultra all-inclusive covers spa entry for adults and kids' splash deck access through the day.
From
€219/night
Why families love Dream Family Club
We picked Dream Family Club specifically for the family-open spa hours, and they delivered. The hammam ritual at 14:00 took our 8-year-old, who came out pink and sleepy after a real kese scrub. Indoor pool at 33 C was the saver on the one rainy day in May. Ultra all-inclusive food was a tier above the average Side hotel: Turkish, Mediterranean and a real kids' buffet section. Resort runs at family-only capacity so no stag groups in the pool.

Arum Barut Collection - Ultra All Inclusive
Selimiye Mah., Side Manavgat, eastern strip
Wonderful
1,500 reviews
Arum Barut is the upscale Barut Collection 5-star, with a 2200 m² wellness centre that includes a 14-person navel-stone hammam, indoor pool at 32 C, salt-and-snow cabins, and 8 treatment rooms. Ultra all-inclusive covers all spa entry for adults and runs kids' hammam sessions at 14:00 for 30 EUR per child. Pine-shaded grounds and a 200 m beachfront.
From
€985/night
Why families love Arum Barut Collection - Ultra All Inclusive
Arum Barut is the most expensive in the list at 985 EUR per night for four, and we felt the difference. The hammam is a proper Ottoman replica with the navel stone for 14 people, scrub cubicles round the perimeter and a hot room that genuinely hits 45 C. Our daughter at 9 was old enough for the kids' ritual at 14:00 (the attendant kept the scrub gentle). Outside the spa, the Barut food rotation is the best 5-star buffet in Side, full stop. The pine forest setting cuts noise and the resort feels older and quieter.

Wonderful
36 reviews
ROBINSON PAMFILYA is a 4-star all-inclusive with a strong sport and animation programme aimed at active families. The games room has table tennis, billiards, board games, and a corner for game consoles. Tennis equipment is provided free, the children's playground sits next to the kids club, and the indoor entertainment hall hosts evening tournaments.
From
€580/night
Why families love ROBINSON PAMFILYA - All Inclusive
This is one of the best Side resorts for families with kids who get bored on a beach. The animation team runs activities from 9am to 11pm including dance classes, sports, evening shows and tournament nights. The games room is busy but well-organised, with sign-up sheets each morning. Food is good rather than great, but the activity programme makes up for it.

Barut Hemera - Ultra All Inclusive
West Side seafront
Wonderful
633 reviews
A long-running Barut family-brand 5-star directly on the Kumköy beach strip. Strong record on family service: dedicated kids' restaurant, baby food prep area, and one of the most consistent buffet operations in Side.
From
€336/night
Why families love Barut Hemera - Ultra All Inclusive
Barut Hemera has been the safe family pick in Side for over a decade and the reviews stay 9+ across years. The kids buffet is at adult height with a stool zone and the team monitors which children eat what — useful for allergy-aware parents. The water park is on-site and split adult/child. Animation is loud at the main pool but there's a quieter pool near the spa for parents who need a break.

Side Sunport Hotel - All Inclusive
Çolaklı, west of Side
Wonderful
19 reviews
A newer 5-star all-inclusive in the Çolaklı stretch with a large free-form pool, splash zone for under-6s and a kids club that takes 4 to 12. Reviews are early but consistently 9+.
From
€355/night
Why families love Side Sunport Hotel - All Inclusive
Sunport is one of the newer entries in the Side cluster and the rooms feel it: well-finished, decent storage, balcony for every room. Splash zone is properly fenced and shaded for under-6s. Buffet variety scored high in early reviews, with a real noodle station and pizza oven that families with picky eaters appreciate. Bring euros — some excursions don't take card and the on-site exchange rate is poor.

Barut GOIA
Adnan Menderes Bulvarı, central Kumköy strip
Wonderful
700 reviews
Barut GOIA is the newer Barut property, opened 2023, with a 1700 m² spa block focused on couples and family treatments. The Ottoman hammam has 8 navel-stone places and 4 individual cubicles. Distinct from Arum in that GOIA includes a parent-child treatment menu (50-minute paired massages from 110 EUR per pair) which is rare in Side.
From
€588/night
Why families love Barut GOIA
GOIA is the newest of the three Barut properties and it shows in the spa finishes (cleaner tile work, newer hammam fixtures than Arum). The parent-child massage menu was the deciding factor for us. We did a 50-minute paired session with our 11-year-old for 110 EUR, supervised by a single masseur who alternated between us. The food side is on par with the rest of the Barut group, the rooms have stronger AC than older Barut hotels, and the central Kumköy beach is a 3-minute walk.

Arnor De Luxe Hotel & Spa
Side Mah. 509 Sk., central old-town side
Wonderful
800 reviews
Arnor De Luxe sits closer to Side old town than the eastern resort strip, with a 1600 m² spa centre and the only resort hammam in this list that you can reach on foot from the Apollo temple area in 15 minutes. The indoor pool is at 32 C and the kese scrub menu is properly run by Antalya-trained masseuses. Smaller resort (350 rooms) than the Barut properties, so the spa rarely sees queues.
From
€537/night
Why families love Arnor De Luxe Hotel & Spa
Arnor De Luxe was our pick for a family week that also wanted Side old-town walking. The 15-minute path along the road into town actually works: we did sunset at the Apollo temple twice. The spa is more discreet than the giant Barut wellness blocks, but the hammam ritual was the most personal we tried (one attendant per pair, not the 5-person scrub line at Arum). Kids' splash deck is small but heated. The food rotation is shorter (5 days, not 7) which gets repetitive on a 10-day stay.

Terrace Elite Resort - Ultra All Inclusive
Gündoğdu, east Side
Wonderful
16 reviews
A five-star ultra all-inclusive on the Gündoğdu beachfront in east Side with three lit hard courts behind the spa block, racquet loan free at the sports desk, and a junior tennis clinic that runs four mornings a week as part of the kids programme.
From
€906/night
Why families love Terrace Elite Resort - Ultra All Inclusive
Floodlit courts mean evening play after the heat drops, which families with younger kids appreciate. The junior tennis clinic uses softer balls and slower courts that suit beginners, and the resort tennis pros speak English and German. Two large pools and a private beach round it out, and the buffet has a kid-specific section.

Wonderful
38 reviews
Adalya Ocean Deluxe is a 5-star ultra all-inclusive with a strong indoor entertainment offer including a games room, a kids' arcade with prizes, and a teen lounge with consoles. Table tennis, billiards, foosball and board games are all in one large room next to the indoor pool. A children's playground sits in the gardens.
From
€452/night
Why families love Adalya Ocean Deluxe - Ultra All Inclusive
Parents praise the all-day kids programme that integrates the games room into the kids club schedule. From 4pm to 6pm the games room runs supervised structured play for ages 6 to 12. The arcade prize system uses tickets that kids exchange for small toys, which works well as a rainy afternoon activity. Food and service are very strong even by Side standards.

Side Star Beach Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive
Kumköy, west Side
Wonderful
442 reviews
Long-running ultra all-inclusive on the Kumköy beachfront with two hard tennis courts, a small daily kids tennis hour at the kids club, and what is probably the friendliest sports animation team in west Side based on returning-family forums.
From
€712/night
Why families love Side Star Beach Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive
Tennis here is less competitive than at the Barut resorts and more about social play. The kids tennis hour caps at 10 children and uses foam balls for under-sevens, which makes it accessible to total beginners. The pool zone is enormous with three slides for older children, separate from the tennis area so you actually get peace to rally.

Excellent
26 reviews
A 5-star ultra all-inclusive in Ilıca, a quieter pocket between Side old town and Sorgun. Six-slide aquapark, separate kids' splash zone, two outdoor pools and an indoor pool. Direct sand beach with shallow entry suitable for early swimmers.
From
€620/night
Why families love Miramare Beach Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive
Smaller and more manageable than the Çolaklı giants, which is exactly what worked for us with a 3-year-old in tow. The shallow beach entry stretches out 30-40 metres before getting waist-deep on an adult, so younger kids can play freely. Mini Club runs 10:00-12:30 and 14:30-17:30 with proper craft sessions, not just colouring sheets. The aquapark is enough for a week without being overwhelming.

The Raga Side Ultra All Inclusive
Sorgun, east Side
Excellent
30 reviews
A more recent 5-star ultra all-inclusive in Sorgun with a strong-value price point, family rooms with bunk arrangements, and a smaller water park than the giants but well-shaded for hot August days.
From
€282/night
Why families love The Raga Side Ultra All Inclusive
The Raga is the price-conscious 5-star pick on this list. Family rooms include a bunk-and-double layout that genuinely works for parents plus two kids without an adjoining-room upcharge. The kids club is smaller than at Kamelya but the staff:kid ratio is better as a result. The on-site mini water park has shade sails over most slides, which matters when surface temperatures hit 50 degrees in August.

Kamelya Selin Hotel Luxury Resort & SPA
Çolaklı, beachfront
Excellent
2,513 reviews
A massive ultra all-inclusive complex with one of the bigger on-site water parks in the Side cluster. Famous for its large pool zones, dolphinarium proximity and being the volume choice for families that want resort-of-everything in one stay.
From
€1121/night
Why families love Kamelya Selin Hotel Luxury Resort & SPA
Kamelya Selin is the volume choice: 2500+ reviews and consistently 8.5 to 9 from families. The water park is one of the biggest in Side and properly split by age, with a baby slide zone separate from the big drop slides. The trade-off is the size: queues at the buffet at peak meals, walks to the room can be 5 minutes, and the evening shows can feel crowded. Worth it if your kids are 6+ and want non-stop activity.

VONRESORT Elite & Aqua - Ultra All Inclusive & Kids Concept
Çolaklı, east Side
Excellent
88 reviews
Kids-concept resort in Çolaklı with a structured sports programme, two floodlit hard courts open from 8 am to 11 pm, and the most active tennis animation in east Side: pros run round-robin family doubles tournaments every Wednesday.
From
€1180/night
Why families love VONRESORT Elite & Aqua - Ultra All Inclusive & Kids Concept
If you want competitive but friendly tennis with a holiday vibe, this is the pick. The Wednesday family doubles tournament mixes parents and kids in pairs, with prizes (sweets for the kids, raki for adults). The kids concept means childcare runs from 9 am to 9 pm so even parents wanting a long singles match can do it without watching the clock.

Marvida Family Eco - Ultra All Inclusive & Kids Concept
Kızılot, east Side
Excellent
153 reviews
Family-only resort in Kızılot run on a kids-concept model, with one tennis court, racquet loan, and weekly kids tennis clinics on Tuesdays and Thursdays included in the all-inclusive rate. Booking required at the sports desk one day ahead.
From
€845/night
Why families love Marvida Family Eco - Ultra All Inclusive & Kids Concept
Only one court here, but it is rarely fully booked because most guests come for the water park and pools. That makes Marvida the easiest of these five for spontaneous play: walk up at 11 am and you will usually get on. The kids clinic is small enough that under-fives can join with parents standing in.
💡Tips for parents booking all-inclusive in Side
- 1Book sea-view rooms only at resorts with their own beachfront. Sea-view at a resort behind the road still means you're crossing a four-lane to reach water.
- 2Pre-pay your airport transfers. Antalya airport taxis to Side run 70 to 110 euros and the official transfer with the hotel is usually 35 to 55.
- 3Pack your own pool floats if your kids are picky. Hotel rentals are limited and the queue for free ones starts at 8am.
- 4Ask explicitly which restaurants are included in your package. Ultra all-inclusive sometimes excludes the steakhouse or sushi venue without telling you.
- 5Schedule the kids club orientation visit on day one. Most resorts let you walk through and meet the team before signing your child up the next morning.
